- Assistant Town Planner: Graduation in Town Planning or equivalent
- Junior Civil Engineer: Civil Engineering Diploma or its equivalent
- Clerk: Graduation in any discipline
- Peon: SSC or equivalent
- Experience:
- Town Planner: 2 years of experience
- Valuer: 1 year of experience
