- Post No.3: Ph.D. +A master’s degree with at least 55% of the possible points in an appropriate field Publications+Book 07 eight years of experience/SET or a Master’s degree in information science, library science, or documentation science with eight years of experience
- Post No.4: 55% or higher on a master’s degree master’s Degree in Information Science, Library Science, or Documentation Science or NET/SET
